Max Adams is the innovative founder and Chief Executive Officer of MediSolutions Group, LLC, a holding company dedicated to safeguarding the assets of healthcare professionals and business owners. MediSolutions Group offers a comprehensive suite of services through its four specialized subsidiaries: The MediLaw Firm, Medi Billing Services, Medi Financial Services LLC, and Medicus. These subsidiaries ensure clients have the expertise and resources they need to succeed.

Max began his academic journey at New York University and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. He further honed his legal skills at the District of Columbia School of Law and the University of Richmond. His extensive education and expertise have enabled him to build a reputation based on trust and proficiency, assisting over 7,500 medical professionals in negotiating and reviewing employment contracts tailored to their personal and professional aspirations. Max specializes in guiding a diverse range of professionals, including residents, fellows, physicians, dentists, veterinarians, CRNAs, and physician assistants across the country.

Max’s dedication extends beyond legal counsel. He actively supports young medical professionals through informative talks at residency programs, covering topics from contract negotiations to business setup and asset protection.
